1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and form into balls using hands. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze until bites have set, about 30-60 minutes.
